Quadruped inspection robot are mainly used in fields such as power inspection, fire protection and emergency rescue, metal smelting and surveying, pipe gallery inspection, factory inspection, etc. They can replace manual work in dangerous and complex environments. The robot adopts the concept of bionics and modular design, and consists of three parts: mechanical motion system, drive and power system, and intelligent perception system. It has multiple functions such as image recognition analysis, infrared detection analysis, environmental detection, and audio analysis.

Image acquisition and analysis

Robot intelligently recognizes personnel intrusion, reads pointer instruments, digital display meter data, as well as the status of knobs, rotary rods, valve stems, indicator lights, etc.

Temperature collection and analysis

Can realize the recognition, analysis, and judgment of the temperature status of equipment, pipelines, and key components, and timely alarm for high and low temperature anomalies; Using temperature thermal imaging characteristics, detect temperature trends of key components at different time points.

Environmental detection function

Can be equipped with sensors to detect on-site smoke, CO, NH3, H2S, O2, CO2, and combustible gases.

Audio analysis function

The robot collects real-time sound from the inspection site, identifies abnormal sounds in the field, and alarms.

Autonomous navigation function

Realize autonomous path planning and obstacle avoidance function through multi-sensor fusion navigation positioning algorithm.

Intelligent voice prompt and two-way voice intercom function

If the robot detects abnormalities or its own abnormalities during inspection, it can prompt the user to handle them through voice prompts; The two-way intercom function can achieve remote command of on-site operators' work.

Data archiving and historical query

The monitoring platform automatically archives abnormalinformation or self malfunctions discovered during robot inspection operations and can be viewed at any time.

Self charging function

Automatically stop the current inspection task when the battery level is detected to be below the set value; After the alarm, autonomously run to the charging room and complete the docking work with the charging station for charging.
